Karim Zerroud

Karim Zerroud’s five years with Wilson James reflect a remarkable journey of growth and leadership. Starting as a Scheduler, he has progressed through several key roles to become a Portfolio Business Manager, consistently demonstrating his drive to excel. When joining as a Scheduler, his talent and commitment soon lead him to roles of increasing responsibility, including Operations Support Manager and Operations Manager, before taking on his current position as Portfolio Business Manager.

Throughout his career, Karim has embraced opportunities to expand his knowledge and take on new challenges, which led him to the Wilson James Leadership Academy. Karim found the Wilson James Leadership Academy to be a transformative experience, stating team activities as one of his highlight’s from the course. Equally impactful were the insights he gained from his mentor, Mark Abraham, and his coach, Elizabeth Hegarty.

The academy not only strengthened his leadership skills but also enhanced his confidence. Karim now oversees a talented team at Broadgate, where his leadership has contributed to numerous contract success stories.

In addition to completing the Leadership Academy, Karim has also been a key figure in supporting prestigious events such as Wimbledon and the Commonwealth Games, consistently ensuring exceptional service delivery. With his ongoing personal and professional development, Karim continues to be a driving force within the company, setting an example for aspiring leaders across the business
