What is it

Built for nuclear. Proven in delivery.

High‑Regulation & Nuclear‑Ready Delivery Model is our end‑to‑end operating framework designed specifically for nuclear new‑build programmes. We integrate secure warehousing, controlled distribution, final‑mile logistics, Construction Support Services (CSS) and a nuclear‑ready Control Tower to provide real‑time visibility, exception management and auditable assurance across the entire material flow. The model is already in motion on UK nuclear programmes supported by our Fulcrum platform for delivery scheduling, inventory control and routing and is being mobilised at Sizewell C.

A core element is Nuclear CSS, which standardises internal building safety arrangements to support Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) licence condition compliance, including LC6 (documents and records) and LC8 (warning notices/signage) covering fire points, signage, protected escape routes, housekeeping, waste control and reactive services with auditable records retained and controlled in line with ONR expectations.

Our delivery model is governed through a programme PMO and Tier‑1 cadence, aligning contractors and site licensee requirements to maintain compliant internal environments while coordinating materials along secure and unsecure routes, and managing delivery points and building access areas without compromising safety or operations. This approach reflects the regulatory emphasis on risk‑informed oversight and evidence‑based sampling used across UK new‑build nuclear sites.

How We Deliver It

Capabilities that move our customers forward, where strategy meets execution

01 Governed logistics from warehouse to workface
02 Nuclear CSS standards embedded
03 Secure/unsecure route coordination
04 PMO and Tier‑1 governance
05 Experienced nuclear leadership and mobilisation
Materials are received into secure consolidation hubs, recorded, screened where required, and released by call‑off to controlled delivery points. Fulcrum orchestrates slots, capacity and routes; controllers manage exceptions and trigger playbooks to protect critical paths.
Internal arrangements are templated per building/area: fire points and LC8 signage positioned to plan; protected escape routes maintained; housekeeping and waste regimes enforced; and reactive services mobilised on exception each inspection logged and retained to satisfy LC6 record requirements.
We separate flows requiring enhanced controls from general movements, coordinate escorts and access levels, and manage airside/landside‑style boundaries or red/amber zones where applicable always maintaining a compliant internal environment.
A disciplined cadence (daily, weekly, monthly) integrates schedule reviews, risk and readiness checks, and assurance walks; findings roll into dashboards and board‑level reporting to keep decisions fast and transparent. The governance aligns with expectations for site‑facing regulation at UK new‑build licensee organisations.
Our nuclear logistics leadership and teams are mobilised across live UK programmes (e.g., Hinkley Point C operations and Sizewell C mobilisation), giving clients proven capability and continuity.

What Clients Gain

Clear advantages, measurable impact, and momentum that lasts.

Assured compliance you can evidence

01
LC6/LC8‑aligned controls and auditable records provide clear proof of compliance and due diligence reducing regulatory exposure and strengthening governance confidence.

Schedule protection and throughput

02
A single Control Tower, digital scheduling and standardised CSS reduce congestion, re‑handling and non‑productive time keeping materials moving in step with construction phases.

One accountable operating model

03
PMO/Tier‑1 routines create a common plan, a single source of truth and faster decisions across licensee, Tier‑1s and contractors mirroring UK nuclear oversight practices.

Sector‑proven delivery

04
Our logistics platform and nuclear teams are already delivering at Hinkley Point C and mobilising at Sizewell C, giving clients a low‑risk path to scale.
