Our Control Tower provides digitally enabled strategic and operational control for infrastructure delivery, whether in build or operation. We unify data from sites, suppliers, warehouse operations, transport partners, and installation teams into a single, live view of performance.

With AI/ML models providing predictive analytics and decision support, we identify risks early, prioritise exceptions, and orchestrate corrective actions across the end‑to‑end material flow from supply and inbound logistics, through storage, outbound movements and final mile, to handover for installation.

This is more than visibility: it is governed control in complex, congested and highly regulated secure environments. Compliance, reporting/dashboarding, cost management, and resilience are built into the operating model, giving client teams one source of truth and one accountable line of sight.

Our unique software platform; Fulcrum 3.0, in operation at Heathrow, Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C underpins our operations with real‑time stock control, movement scheduling, and space management across multiple project locations and feeds live data into the Control Tower.

Models forecast demand and inbound arrivals, predict dwell and congestion, score risk, and recommend mitigations—supporting planners and controllers to act before issues become delays.
When thresholds are breached (schedule, capacity, safety or security), the Control Tower automatically flags exceptions, assigns ownership, and coordinates actions across stakeholders and decision-makers.
We embed regulatory compliance checks, auditable records, role‑based access, and structured dashboards. Cost drivers are tracked and actioned reducing re‑handling, non‑productive time, and waste.
Using Fulcrum 3.0, we manage delivery windows, buffer stocks, consolidation lanes, laydown areas, and route plans balancing demand and capacity across sites so installation teams receive what they need, when they need it.
