What is it

Consolidation that keeps projects and everyday operations moving safely, sustainably, and right on time.

Consolidation is our way of decoupling deliveries from your site or premises so that materials, equipment and BAU goods arrive only when they’re needed, on fewer vehicles, in the right sequence and in the right-sized vehicle. We stage inbound items at our permanent consolidation centres in East and West London, giving you the benefits of off‑site space, security, and control without the on‑site congestion.

At the heart of the service is Fulcrum, our delivery and inventory management platform. It enables suppliers to pre‑book slots, gives your teams live visibility of every unit, and integrates with our consolidation centres to coordinate just‑in‑time flows for construction and Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) operations across retail, commercial and secure environments.

Consolidation also enables reverse logistics, returning reusable packaging and materials, and routing unwanted items offsite, which improves housekeeping and reduces waste pressure on constrained plots.

Suppliers book deliveries in advance for your approval; you track consignments, run reports, and manage gate activity from a single, secure interface. The system is designed for complex, secure environments and aligns with CLOCS/FORS‑managed delivery practices.
At our centres, each pallet, stillage or parcel is condition‑checked, QR‑labelled and logged to your live dashboard, so site and BAU teams know what has arrived and when it’s ready to call off. For high‑value items (e.g. FF&E/M&E) cover can be set above typical inventory levels for added assurance.
We hold fast‑turn stock off‑site and deliver to your project or premises only when conditions and programmes require it, reducing gate pressure, laydown needs and on‑site handling. Our modern, FORS Gold fleet operates to CLOCS and Direct Vision Standard requirements for safer urban logistics, with the vehicle type matched to the task (from electric vans to specialist HGV).
Our East London Consolidation Centre provides 125,000 sq ft of internal storage close to Central London, while our West London facility is powered by on‑site renewables and runs carbon‑neutral. Where demand is project‑based or seasonal we can establish temporary “pop‑up” consolidation centres to bring capacity closer to your work or retail network.
For sensitive projects and premium retail operations, we offer x‑ray/security screening, controlled handling and escorting as required capabilities proven in airport and high‑profile commercial settings. We also routinely manage consolidated BAU product deliveries for high‑end retailers.
