What is it

Protect every asset, secure every mile.

Asset & Secure Logistics Protection brings logistics consolidation, delivery scheduling and on‑site screening into one accountable operating model to move and guard what matters most. We own and run specialist Consolidation Centres, including the London Construction Consolidation Centre (LCCC)to stage just‑in‑time flows into congested or security‑sensitive sites, reducing supplier drops and congestion while giving you a single point of contact.

On site, our teams manage gatehouse checks, access control and documented goods screening, with compliant processes for bulk liquids, aggregates and wet concrete. For specialist programmes (e.g. FF&E), we extend protection through warehousing, preparation and precision installation, ensuring assets are tracked, arrive ready and reach the right room on the right day.

How We Deliver It

Capabilities that move our customers forward, where strategy meets execution

01 Plan & stage through consolidation
02 Digitise the flow with Fulcrum
03 Secure the gate and the load
04 Move safely, visibly and sustainably
05 Assure through certified systems
06 Scale across sectors
Using the LCCC and other centres, we receive bulk deliveries, hold short‑term inventory, and release work‑packs to site on a just‑in‑time basis reducing vehicle movements and material congestion while enabling reverse logistics.
Our Fulcrum delivery and inventory management platform schedules slots, coordinates suppliers for contractor approval, and outputs performance reports creating a single, auditable source of truth for bookings, arrivals and exceptions.
On site, SIA‑licensed security operations integrate with logistics to run access/egress, patrolling and screening facilities for HGVs and high‑risk materials so consignments are verified before permission to proceed.
Our construction logistics practice is built to make projects operationally efficient, safer and greener, supported by FORS Gold fleet standards and CLOCS‑aligned delivery management.
Governance sits inside Wilson James’ independently audited management systems, including ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (health & safety), ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 22301 (business continuity) so your assets and supply chain benefit from proven, repeatable controls.
Where operations span airports and large estates, secure logistics aligns with aviation compliance and risk advisory services delivering one accountable partner from airside storage to landside project gates.
